Payment Methods

Rapid Europe Logisticsaccepts the following payment methods

1. - Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
2. - ACH Bank Transfer
3. - Wire Transfer
4. - PayPal

Invoicing and Payment Due Dates

1. - Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or shipment.
2. - Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. - Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

Pricing and Fees

1. - All prices and fees are quoted in US Dollars.
2. - Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. - Additional fees may apply for special handling, expedited service, or other customized requirements.
4. - Quoted prices do not include any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. - Customers may cancel an order or service prior to fulfillment, subject to a cancellation fee.
2. - Refunds will be issued for any prepaid services that are cancelled, less any incurred costs or fees.
3. - No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.

Disputed Charges

1. - If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please notify us within 10 business days.
2. - We will investigate the dispute and provide a resolution within 30 days.
3. - Undisputed portions of the invoice must be paid according to the standard payment terms.
